High-Consequence Communication
Preparing Communicators for Global Events
Paul’s FEMA contract instruction includes crisis communication training associated with preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Florida and the 2028 Summer Olympics in California. These engagements reflect the importance of preparing communicators for complex, high-visibility events where coordination, accuracy and public trust are essential.
Experiences highlighted above reflect the founders’ professional backgrounds, including prior public service and contract instruction. They are not presented as consulting engagements performed by Charter Point Associates. FEMA-related instruction does not imply endorsement by FIFA, the Olympic organizing committees or the federal government.
