Paul D. Raymond, Jr.
Communication is a leadership function.
When information is incomplete, scrutiny is high and decisions carry real consequences, communication cannot be treated as an afterthought. It is part of how leaders make decisions, coordinate people, manage uncertainty and earn trust.
Paul brings more than two decades of public-service leadership experience spanning executive leadership, crisis communication, public information, emergency management, facilitation and organizational readiness.
“Communication gaps are trust gaps.”
High-consequence leadership
Leading communication when New Hampshire needed it most.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Paul led New Hampshire’s Joint Information Center—helping coordinate communications across state agencies during one of the most complex and sustained public-information challenges in the state’s history.
The work required more than messages. It required coordination, disciplined decision-making, accurate public information, media engagement, internal communication and the ability to maintain public trust over time.
